What to expect during a session:

 

Reflexology is a unique thumb and finger technique done on the feet.  Clients remain fully clothed (with the exception of their bare feet) while laying comfortably on a massage table.  There are no tools used in the methods I am trained in.  Reflexology is effective whether it is in a 20 minute session or a 60 minute session.  The difference is how deep and rejuvenating of an experience you would like.
